What data we handle
Today this site has no form or user account of its own. The only personal data that reaches us is what you voluntarily provide when:
- you call us or message us on WhatsApp (phone number, name if you give it, message content);
- you email us at lapiazza.andorra@hotmail.com (email address, name if you sign it, message content);
- you make a booking through the online reservation system (managed by an external provider, HioPOS — not by us directly; the data you enter there is handled by that provider under its own policy).
For what purpose
Only to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking or order, and maintain the usual business contact a restaurant has with its customers. We do not use this data for automated marketing, nor do we share it with third parties, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as strictly necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, the legal retention period for business correspondence.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection at any time by writing to lapiazza.andorra@hotmail.com. We will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe we haven't properly resolved your request, you have the right to contact the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
Linked external services
This page shows an embedded Google Maps map and links to external services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Tripadvisor, Google Maps and the HioPOS reservation system). Once you access them, these services handle your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
